This review is to evaluate employment suitability in terms
of ability, knowledge, skill, interest and adaptability to company
policies and procedures. The primary purpose of an Employee Performance
Review is to improve performance by providing constructive feedback on how
well the employee has met his/her specific job requirements. This review
should also be used as a means to establish meaningful and attainable
goals and to determine an appropriate developmental path.
Consider the employee on the basis of the standards expected to be met for the position based on the length of time on the job. Rate the employee on how well the requirements of the position are fulfilled. |
